How do we maximize Humanist Efforts and Effects?

There are so few of us, and so many things that need doing to humanize our world. How much of our time on necessary ethical pioneering? How much on acceptable alliances?
Which causes already have sufficient support? How do we balance depth and breadth? How do we move from yesterday to tomorrow?

On Saturday, October 17, Professor Robert Tapp will join us and discuss
these questions with you. So come prepared!

Robert Tapp is Professor Emeritus of Humanities, Religious Studies, South
Asian Studies at the University of Minnesota.

Really good turnout and discussion with Bob Tapp on tactics Humanists could and should take to further our values.

A very thought provoking talk. I go back and forth on this issue. I admire the candor which Harris and Hitchens bring to the arena, yet worry about harsh words alienating some who would be our allies.
