Throughout the day of October 31, Halloween, our local public radio station WHQR will be airing mesages "brought to you by [me]." I welcome suggestions from HFCF folks for a suitable message to broadcast. I thought something along the lines of "superstitions only apply on Halloween" or "don't believe everything you think," but I am having a problem producing something coherent.

Look forward to some input from my fellow humanists and freethinkers.

Oh gee, not much you don't offer much direction, do you? Are you looking for one message or several? Sounds like you're looking for bumper stickers. If you are, see these good folks at Evolvefish.

If you're looking for longer sayings, how about:

Nothing fails like prayer
Don't believe in God, you're not alone
Just be good for goodness sake
I'm not godless, the universe is godless - I'm merely aware of it. (an original Pete Soderman, so far as I know)
Halloween is the only true Christian holiday 'cause it's the only one originally based upon the supernatural
All superstitutions are nonsense
Do you still believe in Santa? No? Then why believe in the supernatural?
If the bible is true, then everything about Halloween; ghosts, witches, demons and all the rest are REAL!
If you fear god, then you also fear things that go bump in the night.
