We are a group of around 20 active regulars who meet weekly. This lively group focuses on human solutions to human issues from a skeptical, secular or humanist point of view -- the good, the bad, the funny, and the serious -- through an active ethical and rational approach to life. All are welcome. Please note: the number of Meetup RSVP's does not reflect the attendance; most of our members do not come from Meetup, and you need not RSVP to attend.

This group is part of the Adult Enrichment programming at Pathways Unitarian Universalist Church. Please check out our About Us page for more information.

Every time I go into Barnes & Noble and see the section, "Biblical Fiction", I think they're being redundant. My Dad once told me, "If you ask me to have faith, you ask me to suspend reality. I cannot suspend reality." I agree with my Dad.

Hi. Heard about meetup on NPR a few weeks back. Just now getting around to joining. I have been a freethinker, humanist, rationalist and/or atheist for about 25 years now. Plan on getting to a meeting soon. Until then anyone wishing to may email me.
